Easy ordering

Reliability of service is something on which hameln has always prided itself. We receive orders from and deal with customers directly through our own dedicated customer service team. We then use experienced third party carriers to deliver our products ensuring they are shipped in line with current Good Distribution Practice and arrive safely the next working day (within mainland UK) after the order is received.

We can receive orders by email or fax but our preference is for them to be sent via e-Commerce using the GHX portal.

Did you know...? Sending a fax by e-mail is not considered as trading electronically.

hameln is fully GS1 compliant

In 2014, the Department of Health in England mandated that all NHS Trusts must adopt GS1 standards and this means all their suppliers must become GS1 compliant.

hameln have been fully engaged in e-Commerce for over 10 years and we are proud to be fully GS1 and PEPPOL compliant

e-Commerce has been proven to improve service levels and to streamline the order-delivery process. This means our customers have the potential to use e-Commerce to trade with hameln, from orders through to invoices and advance shipping notifications. This helps UK hospitals meet one of the key recommendations in Lord Carter’s 2016 Review of Operational Productivity and Performance in English NHS Acute Hospitals, which stated that 90% of orders and invoices should be sent and processed electronically.

Streamline your order-delivery process

For help setting up your systems to start trading with hameln using e-Commerce, please don’t hesitate to get in touch enquiries@hameln.co.uk.

hameln also supplies its products for export both directly and through export agencies. A World Health Organisation 'Certificate of a Pharmaceutical Product' can be provided for all products on request.
